Hello, and welcome. I'm "Connector Carrie," Chief Experience Officer at World Pulse Travel. An avid, life-long traveler, I share your desire for active, mind-broadening exploration. My team and I have lived in Europe, enjoyed several cruises, and hiked more than half the National Parks, so these adventures are our specialty. To get our fill of travel, we even built our own airplane.

For custom and fully independent itineraries (those not based on a guided tour or cruise), we charge a non-refundable Trip Management Fee discussed in our initial, complimentary consult, with no surprise fees later. Our professional planning services require dedicated, focused time and expertise to research, vet, and coordinate each element of your trip, ensuring your itinerary is thoughtfully tailored to your travel style and expectations. For clients who already know where they want to stay, we offer access to our VIP booking perks and exclusive amenities through our partnerships with Virtuoso.

Our clients consist of solo travelers, multi-generational families, couples and groups. Destination weddings, honeymoons, corporate travel, or Spring Break trips are not our specialty, but a romantic get-away to Costa Rica or Spain is definitely in our wheelhouse! We tend to work best with travelers who value personalized planning, trusted recommendations, and a seamless experience from the first idea through the return home

Generally, no. We prefer to work with vetted partners that meet our quality standards, but in cases where the best option is an AirBnB, we will make a recommendation. The actual booking will need to be done by the client, however.

We understand that schedules change and we’ll do everything we can to protect your travel investment. We highly recommend trip insurance and will provide a quote with every proposal. You are still held to the terms and conditions of each travel supplier used to book your trip components, and will be asked to review and approve these prior to any financial commitment.
